Dan Barrett, DMD
Dr. Dan Barrett attended University of Nevada Reno where he received his Bachelor’s degree in biology. He obtained his DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) from the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry in Portland. Dr. Barrett pursued advanced training in general dentistry at a general practice residency in Sacramento with the Veterans Hospital before moving back to the Reno/Tahoe area.

Dr. Barrett also received additional training through Spear Education and currently practices general and cosmetic dentistry in Reno. His goal is to ensure that each patient feels welcome and comfortable by treating them like a member of his family.
Dr. Barrett grew up in Reno and attended McQueen High School. When time permits, he enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, kayaking, and paddle boarding on Lake Tahoe. He loves traveling and exploring new places with his wife, Desi.

Dr. Barrett and his staff are phenomenal. I was having pain, Dr Barrett was on vacation, and his staff still made time to see me and help me as much as they could. They got me in to see doc as soon as he was back in the office. I've seen Dr. Barrett multiple times and have never had a bad experience, but I really wanted to touch on his staff. They are amazing!! Colleen even called me twice that week to check on me. I wish I could give 10 stars!!
